We thank our audience for spending a musical evening at our “Guest Choir of the Year Concert – Shenzhen Senior High School Lily Girls Choir” on 9 Feb! It was an enchanting night of Chinese choral folk music you don’t hear often in Hong Kong, led by masterful direction of choir’s conductor – Ms. Manxue Hu. Their heartfelt Cantonese rendition of “Love and Passion” captivated the Hong Kong audience, while they performed “I Love You China” alongside the HKISC Primary and Senior Secondary Divisions, bringing everyone together for a memorable musical moment. The concert culminated with “Singing Voices of the World” conducted by HKICF Artistic Director Mr. Kelvin Lau and featured world premieres of two HKICF2025 commissioned works “As If In A Dream” by Mr. Lau Yik Long and “Pineapple Pizza” by Mr. Loo Sze Wang 🎶. Check out these stunning highlights from unforgettable musical moments!
Once again, we are grateful to Lily Girls Choir for bringing us their exceptional choral performance, and having engaging exchanges with local students and choirs during their stay. Their visit attracted numerous media interviews from both Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. 💐 Stay tuned to our social media channels for exclusive coverage and behind-the-scenes content!
