Ivy Lee is an arts administration professional with solid experience in cultural education, programme coordination, and audience engagement.
Ivy holds a Bachelor of Education (Honours) (History) with First Class Honours from The Education University of Hong Kong, and was awarded the Dean’s Honour List. Upon graduation, Ivy embarked on a career in cultural and arts administration. She worked at the Hong Kong Palace Museum and the Hong Kong Museum of History, where she managed docent and volunteer programmes, coordinated educational outreach, organized museum tours, and supported large-scale cultural events such as talks, symposiums and museum summits.
Passionate about music and performance, Ivy developed her love for choral singing at Carmel Pak U Secondary School, where she served as the Alto part leader of the school choir and participated in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. In 2015, she joined her school choir in the Singapore International Choral Festival, where they won a Gold Award in the mixed choir category and were invited to the Grand Prix. During her university years, she was Vice-Chairperson of Carmel Pak U Secondary School Alumni Choir, contributing to the planning of annual concerts, youth choral performances, and participating in the 2018 Taipei International Choral Festival.
Ivy remains an active member of the Carmel Pak U Alumni Choir and Fluente Chorus, continuing to share her passion for choral music with the community.
