Chu Chung Him

Assistant Manager (Programme)

Chu Chung Him is an arts administrator and musician with a background spanning performance, technical production, and programme coordination. He holds a Master of Music in Performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music and has worked across the United States and Hong Kong in roles ranging from stage management to production coordination. His experience bridges the artistic and operational sides of live performance, from touring and venue logistics to team supervision and event delivery.

Beyond his administrative and production work, Chung Him has worked as a freelance musician. As a saxophonist, he has performed in official concerts for the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and toured across mainland China as part of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s “Jockey Club New Arts Power” programme. These experiences inform his approach to arts management, grounded in a performer’s understanding of what artists need to succeed on stage.
