Did you know that adolescent girls go through a voice change just like boys? Voice change can feel like an identity crisis to even the most experienced singer, so the adults that support them need knowledge and tools to help them. In this workshop, participants will look at the science of how estrogen changes the voice, its lasting effects, strategies to work through the “vocal mutation,” as well as tips to get families on board. With knowledge and compassion, our girls will keep singing with confidence through their teenage years.
