Ms Yip Chun Chun graduated from the Hong Kong Shue Yan University with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Journalism and Mass Communication in 2015.

Prior to joining the Hong Kong Inter-School Choral Festival, Chun Chun worked as a multimedia journalist for several local media organisations for a period of seven years, covering social developments in Hong Kong, particularly social welfare issues. She was also stationed in Beijing as a correspondent, gaining extensive experience in reporting from Mainland China and Taiwan.

As a recognition of her outstanding work, she has received a number of journalism awards since 2016. These include the Newspaper Society of Hong Kong “Best Young Reporter” Winner, the “Best News Reporting” Merit, The 8th Chinese University Journalism Award “Best Written News Reporting” Certificate of Merit, and the “Short Video (Chinese)”  Merit Award at the 24th Human Rights Press Awards.

With her wealth of media experience, Chun Chun possesses a wide network, strong writing skills, multimedia production expertise, and proficiency in media promotion.
